Identity verification
Helpers can verify their identity with an official ID document and a selfie check. Verified helpers carry a badge on their profile and in search results.
Protected payments
You never hand over cash. Payments run through our regulated payment provider and are held until you confirm the job is complete.
Photo evidence
Helpers can attach before-and-after photos to a task, so there's a shared record of what was actually done.
Reviews that stick
Only people who actually completed a task together can review each other, and reviews can't be deleted by the person they're about.
Everything stays in the app
Chat, offers and payments live inside GigsLo. Off-platform payment requests are blocked automatically so we can always help if something goes wrong.
Support when it matters
Our team reviews reported tasks with the full message and photo history, and can hold or refund payments while a dispute is open.
Something went wrong?
Report the task to us before confirming completion. While a report is open, the payment stays held and nothing is released to the helper.
