VAT and any taxes on earnings are the helper's own responsibility. Prices shown in the app always include the service fee before you confirm.
Payment held until you're happy
Your payment is captured when you accept an offer but only released to the helper after you confirm the work is finished.
When helpers get paid
Once the customer confirms completion, the payout is sent to the helper's connected bank account, typically within a few business days.
